Watch your bank fees

Hotel was great & service was good. However, there was a $300 convince fee that was not listed on hotels.com. Also, when we went to check in, the lady at the desk just told me to swipe my card and said I’d be charged right away for the room & the refundable convince fee. There was a lack of communication. When we checked out, everything went VERY smoothly.
