The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the free included breakfast is amazing and a huge perk. It’s also conveniently located close to several Metro stops. However, some elements of the room were pretty run down. Molding was missing in places, there was no handle or lock on the bathroom door, and the Roman shade was broken. Also, there is no good unloading zones for vehicles, especially large vehicles, and there were no luggage carts available when we checked in. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but I’d look for the best deal, and I’d also recommend to manage expectations of your room.

We didn't have any problems during our stay. We needed some additional towels on the first night and they brought them up in a few minutes. The parking having to be valet parking was inconvenient only because of the waits some time, but at least it was always safe under their care (i guess i could have found parking elsewhere). Room was comfortable for us (2 kids, 3 adults)

The staff is amazing and attentive to their customers’ needs. There were a few cosmetics within the building and rooms that could use upgrades, but other than the it seems the building is kept up to date.

The stay and location was great, the staff was also very friendly and polite, just the hvac being out and it getting up to 80 degrees daily was a bit frustrating for the pricepoint I feel like, but we were upgraded at no cost on day 2 which was a nice surprise.

What I like about the property is that it is close to a few restaurants and I felt safe walking outside late at night. What I didn’t like is that the parking was not included and not enough space to accommodate all the guests. Also, the front desk lady on Friday night was extremely unhelpful, unwelcoming and unfriendly. I didn’t get to see her name because her hair was covering her name tag. And total opposite to the lady that was working Saturday evening was friendly, helpful and greeting each customer that walks in. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Adding to the things I didn’t like was we didn’t get enough towels for 4 people, no conditioner in the shower (empty) and the bedsheets in the king size bed doesn’t fit so it kept coming off. In a good note, the lady named Cat from the breakfast buffet was the sweetest person, very friendly and always smiling.

The property was great for what we needed it to be for. The staff was very kind and you could tell they really wanted our stay to be great. The few things that need work was our sheets on our bed I think were too small as they popped off all night long, the a/c wasn't working and our room ceiling fan wasn't working either so we called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man to help us. He reset the ac but couldn't fix the fan and they didn't have any more room fans. The room was nice but it was very warm for sleeping. Or than that the valet was great, and my husband said the gym was a nice addition to be able to use.

The room was in credible- everything and more was included in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and courteous and would always answer our questions. My only complaint for our stay was the heat was deleted from our thermostat. So on a 40 degree night we had no heat. Front desk immediately brought us up a blanket which helped a little bit. Overall other than the first night, it’s a beautiful place to stay!

Location had adequate restaurants within a block & a half; Chinatown with more restaurants was within easy walking distance. Safeway across the street. Metro was a 10 minute, easy walk giving access to downtown. Safe and quiet area for women to be in at night.
