I had a great stay in Arlington! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The parking garage was very narrow and my reservation was given to another guest and was a very embarassing situation that I waited 45 minutes to resolve. The staff was not aware my room was given away by morning manager. Also, they terminated my keys just as I got into room and had to bring me new ones. The compensation was a free cookie. Not my best stay, unfortunately will not return.
