Staff was wonderful, from management to the maid service. Everyone was friendly and professional, it really stood out to me. Hotel was very clean and updated. Location was great for Smithsonian and monument access. No food in the immediate area really, even the fast food was bad. Plan to eat in other neighborhoods. Lost one star for breakfast selections and lack of variety over the 3 mornings we were there. Would have liked some healthier choices, ie more fruit not just melon. Even breakfast staff was great though.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. It was in a nice location with walking distance to most monuments and attractions. It wasn’t five stars because the TVs were both malfunctioning and the landline in the room didn’t work at all. After walking all day the last thing we wanted was to make an additional trip downstairs to try and get that sorted. Other than that, we would definitely stay again. We stayed in the suite style room and it really was very nice.
