There was some confusion about my breakfast ticket I had to pay again and then get a refund. Someone took the ticket from my table and then when I went to leave, they asked for the ticket again and no staff member would confirm the ticket was already presented.

Fine but not exceptional

It is a large hotel conveniently close to many offices and tourist attractions. The hotel was fine though not exceptional. Among the positives I would include the location and the ease of getting food and grocery deliveries. Among the quibbles is that the reception seemed short staffed and perhaps as a consequence the staff didn't seem overeager to help. Thw gym is not open 24 hours. The north and the south winga being not connected at higher floors leads to some inconvenience.

The staff is first rate. No request was met with any resistance. Secondly, though being a chain, the hotel restaurant's cuisine quality was the same as that of an independent restaurant. Lastly, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from Union Station.
