The Space:
Step inside this beautifully restored 1880's Carriage House and find a very spacious living room and large kitchen with everything that you need. Watch all of your favorite movies in the living room and find that the couch transforms into a very comfortable sleeper sofa for 2 extra guests. The primary bedroom is upstairs in the large loft area with a comfortable king mattress. The bathroom and washer and dryer is also located upstairs.
Guest Access:
All things related to guest access will be in the fully comprehensive house manual sent to you prior to check in. There is a smart lock on the front door for seamless 24 hour access.

Old Town is Alexandria’s beloved downtown and nationally designated historic district on the Potomac River waterfront. The King Street Mile and surrounding brick-lined sidewalks are studded with centuries-old architecture, historic attractions and independent businesses. Getting Around:
The King Street metro station is about a 15 minute walk away, which serves as your best access to DC and the surrounding areas of Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
