This hotel provided a lovely, pristine, big room, a very comfortable bed with great linens and pillows, and a wonderful location for my trip to DC. The staff were especially wonderful, especially the staff person who greeted me in the evening when I checked in after 10pm because my flight was delayed. I really commend all the staff for their excellent service and attentiveness.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location is unbeatable - right in Dupont Circle, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, including DC’s top-rated vegan spot. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style. As a guest, I especially enjoyed the Happy Hour from 5–6 p.m., which included two complimentary cocktails and discounts on dining — such a nice touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. Honestly, I wish I could’ve stayed longer — it was such a relaxing and well-thought-out experience. I’ll definitely be back!

We received VIP complimentary cocktails at check in but when we tried to use them we were told they were only good for a glass of wine. We wanted simple gin and tonics and our server rolled her eyes and said we couldn’t use the voucher for that so we paid for our drinks and snacks. Later, looking closer the voucher clearly states for up to $17 each. Just a crummy way to be treated. And we paid more than we should have.
