Love this place. We visited in January so it was quite cold outside. But our room was cozy warm. We were upgraded. I high suggest visiting in January. Our room was huge. They gave us free drinks. And it was very close to walking distance Too many dining options. This is absolutely our favorite place to stay when we travel.

The place was beautiful but the night-time reservation clerks and the morning time reservation clerks have conflicting billing information, which soured my stay. I caught the morning clerk in a billing lie, and she made amends for it, but I will not stay again because of it.

Great old style hotel. The hotel staff even loaned us a wheelchair as a result of an accident before arriving at the Omni. Great people and wonderful service across the board.
