Upper Floor: Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, sharing a full bathroom. The upper floor bedrooms feature window AC units for personalized temperature control during warmer months.
Main Floor: An open-concept living and dining area anchored by a striking 5-foot quartz peninsula kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for group meals and gathering. The electric fireplace adds warmth and ambiance for evening relaxation.
Basement: A flexible lower level featuring a private room with a queen bed, an air mattress for additional guests, and a full bathroom.
The home features central heating and air conditioning throughout, with window units in the upper-floor bedrooms to ensure every level stays comfortable year-round.

Good to Know
Orange Door is a fully private rental. Your group has exclusive access to the entire home and fenced backyard for the duration of your stay. Pets are welcome with an additional $100 fee. We are available from your first inquiry through checkout for any questions or needs. A fully refundable security hold will be authorized within 5 days of arrival and released within 48 hours of checkout inspection.
