Ideally suited for business executives. You will be located 15 minutes away from the White House, The Capitol and the Georgetown University. One Stop from Reagan National airport, 3 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. Hundreds of restaurants and shops.

Family Visit to Washington DC

Overall this trip and property was great! However the booking, extra apps, separate payment process was excessive and lengthy! Had only extra to park and pay extra to use the community pool which I thought was poor. Good location, close to the metro, a mall and coffee shops and restaurants.

Many great comments about this property so read to the end. Negative comments first. One bathroom had terrible black mold all through the grout line, it is into the grout which needs to be removed and replaced. The unit smelled like that perfume people shake all over to get rid of odor. The only way to get in the front door was with a key fob, so if people wanted to come an go separately you cannot get inside easy. The app with for keyless entry only works on the door to the unit, not the building entry door. There was no soap to handwash dishes or dish towels, they did deliver soap when we requested it. Note the bathroom only has a couple of very thin hand towels and bath towels, no washcloths. If this was the place that showed a pool table in the photos... there is no pool table.Now the good. Such a great corner unit with beautiful light. Excellent location! Easy Uber or Metro to everywhere. Close to Whole Foods and Costco. Great places to eat close by, casual and nicer and ice cream and donuts. The pizza place around the corner has excellent pizza, sandwiches and beer. Cute little park for evening walks. Very clean (except the mold). Extra sheets for use on the fold down sofa. Coffee machine and all the basic kitchen utensils and plates. Free coffee in the morning downstairs. Near the park there was a free banana cart weekday mornings!!! Hilarious and perfect bananas.I would stay here again. But I would bring my own towel and wash cloth and ignore the mold.

Family visit

Nice 2br apartment in a clean and quiet building. Plenty of food and conveniences right there in a nice neighborhood plus a 10 minute Uber ride to parks and DC attractions. We rode E-bikes around and with the trails and lanes that was great. I would recommend this place.

DC trip

The location of the property as it relates to the price was very reasonable. Parking instructions were not clear and as a result multiple calls were needed to coordinate. However the parking garage was very convenient. There was not enough towels for how many people were booked for the stay. Otherwise the property was clean.
