Very clean and safe apartment. If I knew it was this secluded, I may have chosen an actual Hotel instead of this situation, but it was a beautiful place, great pricing, very close to the National Mall.

The apartment was wonderful - clean and bright, woth everything you need to cook a few meals in the kitchen. The staff were very friendly and easy to contact via text, which i appreciated. Wi have to warn about the on site parking - its very expensive and run by a 3rd party who isnot helpful or friendly. I suggest parking in the lot across the street for ease and cost. We plan to return in the spring for a Nationals game and look forward to our stay!

I would stay at Placemakr at Buzzard Point again—hands down. The ambience was amazing, and the security throughout the entire area made me feel very comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Samantha was especially accommodating and helpful during my stay. My studio was super clean and aesthetically pleasing, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. I truly believe I had one of the best views of the city, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back again soon. If you’re hesitant about staying here, don’t be—this is a really great spot and hidden gem.

Room was nicely updated and clean but location was not what I was looking for. I didn’t realize this was not a hotel and more of an apartment where there wasn’t any amenities other than a work out room. Room was empty and I couldn’t find anywhere close to even get a bottle of water. Once again could have been better but the room was nice.

Never got to stay there... the address they yave us didn't take us to the right place.......long story short already filed a complaint.. we never got to stay there and they stole my money AND we had to book a hotel to stay cause we were stranded!!!!!!!! So they stile our money and then I had to pay again for an actual place to stay!!!! I have all the prof!!
