Comfortable but unprofessional

The hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was not satisfactory. It was open until 9:30. We arrived at 8:45 and many things were out and not restocked. My husband asked for cereal. While making waffles they were taking away the batter. When asked to keep it available, they poured it hastily for him and then removed. They then proceeded to lie to the next young man who inquired at 9:15 for the batter and said it was out. The breakfast was cleaned up by 9:15. For the price you pay, this experience should not be happening.

The room was great. Everything was clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Only down side is the pool was closed. The floor was getting fixed or something. They did offer to take us to use a different location.

The mattress and pillows were horrible! Quality was very poor!Motel type mattress and pillows! Not worth for the price paid $ 560 for 3 nights.
