This is a tired hotel that has been partially and only cosmetically renovated. It lacks proper staffing and as a result the service suffers. We did not notice any dinning or shopping options nearby. Overall, it could be considered a decent value for the money but we will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Stay was fine for the price. We were in the building across from the main entrance. Rooms seemed pretty dated over there. If you did not take the shuttle to the Metro, Ubers started to get pretty costly! To get into the city it was anywhere from $20-$30 per way. The hotel bar was just OK. Shuttle to the airport and back was very nice. Location was OK. Could walk down the street about .6 miles to get to some restaurants and bars. But nothing really super close.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Did not like the addition charge to park. This should be included with a room sice it appeared to be exclusive to the hotel guests. We had 2 rooms with one vehicle, should not have to pay to park in my opinion. I would stay again.

They said to me that I would be able to get a rollout bed and then said when I got here that I could not because it was a fire hazard. I asked for confirmation of this weeks ago and they never bothered to respond, but I called just prior to arrival the day before and they said sure it was fine that I could get a roll away in bed. The restaurant was terrible, we sat and waited for our food almost an hour and eventually had to leave to go to a fast food restaurant because the kitchen was so understaffed and our good never showed up. Avoid this hotel, it’s not worth it.

Nightmare

I got sick during my stay, asked to book the room again so I could stay until my late flight and was told "No! Somebody is already booked for that room. Asked about moving to another room, No! We are full".No compassion, no kindness, just No!. My son checked and they had available rooms, so he called, booked a room, and I had to move to another room. Don't know the girl I talked to but so rude and does not need to be dealing with the public. So instead of putting the new arrival in the room I was moved to, there were 2 rooms contaminated with flu that had to be cleaned instead of one. No common sense or compassion. Will I recommend this place to stay? NO! And now they want me revise my review before they will post it. I guess the truth hurts.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Room did not have power cable to tv and they did not give us one. Friend with us contracted flu A asked to book another night and front desk said no rooms available . Her son called and booked room right after told that . They made her move rooms. Also went to restaurant for breakfast saw mouse run across floor quietly brought to waitress attention she never came back and asked what we wanted to eat and when we got up to leave asked for check because we were able to get coffee she said not to worry about it. Had to go outside to get food. Worst experience I have EVER had at a Sheraton and I am a Bon Voy member.
