I know that it is an old hotel but it is in a very rundown part of town. We had to attend a funeral at Arlington national Cemetery and the liftgate was broken and we had to wait for an engineer to come down and fix it before we could get out of the parking garage. We were late and almost missed the funeral. The bedroom was an extreme disappointment because there was no option for two king beds. So adults sharing two double beds is just not comfortable in any way. We were all so cramped. Hard to sleep. Also, the sink in the bathroom is literally a tiny little sink with no counter space whatsoever for putting toiletries. Although the staff was very nice and the restaurant was fine and the breakfast was nice, I would never stay there again.

This hotel was a great value. It did appear to be a little dated, but it was still very nice. My husband and I would definitely stay again. If the value remains the same...this will be our go-to spot while visiting DC.

Dingy looking for a Sheraton. Carpets were dirty and smelly in the conference room area off the lobby. Poor lighting with cracked and peeling paint. Brass in tbe elevator hadn’t been polished for years and had a weird smell. Bathroom drains were clogged. Won't book again.

My stay was okay. The front desk clerk was very nice. Parking was reasonable. The only thing I would say I disagree with is the thin bedding. When I asked for extra linen, it was still thin blankets. It just wasn’t what I expected. Overall good stay.

Very nice, needs stranded passengers discount!

We were stranded at Reagan National due to flight cancellation. I wish there was a discount for unfortunate travelers that couldn't stay at the airport and were afraid to sleep in the woods nearby. Lol. Seriously though, should offer a discounted rate. The check in staff was amazing. Thank goodness they had toothbrush and toothpaste for us to use. Now the breakfast bar looked okay but it was freezing in that area and I sat there long enough to take a bite of cantelope and had to leave. Why not get a jacket you ask? Again, we were stranded. Our luggage was not available.

Good experience overall but noticed when booking on Hotels.com not the best room are reserved . This time the room allocated were on the very 1st floor almost basement ( hardly natural light were coming in). Sometimes rooms confirmed are close to the elevator, noisy area. This is not right.
