Heat system worked inappropriately. Heat would gone on and then extremely cold air . I had to get up at 2:40 am to shut off as the ac came on freezing the room. No hot water in the shower at 6 am to shower for a meeting. Let it run for 15 minutes. No hot water in the sink to shave .

Small but clean room. Suited our needs perfectly. I enjoyed the quick contactless check-in and not having to remember a room key when leaving. I noticed others having issues with the online check in when they had international phone numbers. Just something to consider when booking.

Room was not clean, tv did not work, bed seemed to be 59 years old and had huge sinkholes, no Kleenex, coffee bar was empty. I am happy to try again if you want to comp or I can blast on yelp
