property was awesome. very clean. brand new. the furniture was top notch. neighbors were nice. no unwanted nuisances. the lighting was perfect. the comforter and bed were extremely comfortable. desk was spacious with a perfect layout and nice wood and color. sofa was nice facing the T.V and the T.V had a lot of channels plus streaming apps and internet. and the biggest perk was that it was pet-friendly. will definitely return. while the whole staff was helpful, cordial, kind and made you feel welcome; however, there was a staff member at the front desk that was the total opposite of all the things i mentioned about how great the staff are. she was cold, rude, stuck-up, always gave bad looks and didn't give you the time of day. she is a middle-aged, mixed African American woman with orange dyed hair and wears pantsuits. i wasn't sure if it was just towards me but one person or other people that's not the way you treat clients/guests at your job. that is the ONLY complaint. otherwise everything else was close to perfect. i want to give a special thanks to Amy from the front desk. to say she was hospitable and supportive is an understatement. The property was spacious, was close to dining restaurants and shops. The gym was the absolute best. Need to burn the extra calories. The limited parking space available was the only con. Overall, highly recommend this place!
