This three story townhouse offers the perfect getaway within the city. An uplifting space ideally located on a quaint block of Burleith; just a short distance walk to Georgetown Campus and at a convergence of parks and lush pathways.
A spacious and sunlit home suited for families, groups of friends, and Georgetown graduate students. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and a variety of super markets to reach by foot. All main historical and national attractions within a 4 mile radius.

Beautifully perched on a leafy hilltop it offers clear views from its terraced patio built around a shady tree. It invites tranquility and ease of access in an ideal location.

It offers a number of spaces to lounge in; with two separate living room areas on the main floor and a very spacious and fully carpeted area downstairs. The master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling with large windows overlooking the lush surroundings and has its own lounge area with a daybed. There is plenty of closet and storage space in all bedrooms, as well as the bathrooms.

The entire home is included and made entirely private to guests.

Hosts are located right next door and typically available for any immediate needs. The house has its own secure parking garage in the back, which guests have access to throughout their stay. Additional parking permits can be provided for up to 3 additional cars.


Other things to note
The National mall, Museums, top monuments and memorials are all a 10-15 min drive away. There is a long list of restaurants, cafes and walking paths all a short distance away to enjoy (that will be listed in Welcome Note). The bins are located in the rear of the property, near the garage. Green bins are for trash- must be kept in tied kitchen plastic bags. Recycling thrown in the blue containers without plastic bags.
Place used towels in the laundry bins left in the bathrooms. Load and run the dishwasher. (detergent tablets under the sink)
There is no need to strip the beds- but if you do so, please make sure to keep the mattress protectors on. Turn off the lights and make sure the doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
