Better option in DC

While sitting in the lobby and having conversations with family and friends. I had just left from ordering drinks at the bar when 2 rats crawled from under a table towards the bar. I wanted to scream and complain but what was the purpose. I was checking out in less than 8 hours. I was not pleased with the hotel itself, the room had a filthy floor, and the curtains had stains of something all over them. I'm glad I always travel with the necessary cleaning supplies. I will not be back. Customer service was great from everyone, the bartender was professional and friendly and the doorman was on the job.

The Staff were most hospitable and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Room service was fast and convenient. From the Hotelier to bell hop to the front desk to the bartender to the waiting staff and most importantly the maid service, everyone provided excellent service.
