The Ven is in an excellent location, a short walk to the Metro red line. It's very comfortable and well maintained. Only the cockroach in my bathroom one morning marred my visit. But hey, it's the city. At least it wasn't a rat, right?

The room was comfortable enough. The bed and linen very comfortable. It could have been a bit more updated but looked nice. We got the breakfast package. Food was good a buffet on Sunday would have been nice. The coffee at breakfast was not good was very weak. Would have been nice to use the. Rooftop lounge.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist after my husband broke his ankle sightseeing. The room was comfortable and the amenities were excellent. We will definitely keep The Ven on our list for our next visit to DC.
