The outlet on one side of the beds didn’t work but other than that we had fantastic service and they had no problem helping out with the exit bill for our troubles we would 100% stay again

Amazing staff but you can get so much more for your money at other area properties! We were given a tiny room behind the elevator. Outlets were broken and not working. TV didn’t work. Sheets rough and itchy.

Hotel has potential to be so much more and needs work to meet the quality requirement of a five star hotel. However the location is amazing, very close to DC and George town within walking distance. it is an ok hotel and needs to work on the little things that matter to customers. The room was average and not five star but for comfort it was great however when staying in such hotels you expect more in the room then was provided and expect quality products in the room, example being the coffee station which was very average.
