Great location, walking distance to many landmarks and museums. Comfortable crisp sheet beds. Appreciated the free water in the room. There were a few things that were less than satisfactory. The pillows are not good pillows, the balcony door handle gets stuck and can't be opened at times. There is no tv streaming services and no microwave. Website advertises Bath and Bodyworks toiletries, there was something else I haven't heard of. I expect better for 400. a night. I won't stay there again. The staff I encountered was excellent.

If you smoke there are absolutely no outdoor comfortable accommodations at all for that. That part sucked.
