The unit is part of a duplex and the backyards are separated by fence. The other units tenant does have a friendly dog, just so you`re aware.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the unit. Please do NOT smoke inside our property. If this rule is broken we will request a minimum $300 additional cleaning and smell removal fee.
There is 1 camera on the property (Front doorbell). Please do not tamper or cover the camera. It is there for YOUR safety and we only review the footage if there is an issue or concern.
