A phenomenal 180 degree lake and mountain view awaits you, from the apartment via the panoramic windows as well as from the 2 balconies.
The apartment has about 80 square meters and was rebuilt in the attic. Already at the dining area, equipped with a walnut dining table and comfortable chairs with leather upholstery, you immediately recognize the luxurious furnishings.

On the balconies there is a high-quality teak seating group with dining table and 2 high and 2 deep reclining. The blackout option ensures a restful and peaceful sleep. W-Lan and parking is provided free of charge.

This object is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons and a toddler in a travel cot. In addition to the spacious bathroom with washing & amp; It has a separate toilet with sink.

The white glossy kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge, coffee machine and plenty of dishes. All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles, so the object is allergy friendly. Pets are not allowed.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. Wasserburg am Bodensee is the ideal location for excursions on Lake Constance and in the nearby mountains of the Allgäu, Austrian and Swiss Alps.

We did have a problem getting the hob to work, the appliance booklet was in German. We went online and found a UK version. It would help to have this at the property. Otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

Un ottimo appoggio per visitare il lago di Costanza.

Appartamento nuovo, luminoso, panoramico. Dotato di tutti gli utensili e di elettrodomestici di qualità. Parcheggio auto a lato della palazzina, riservato. Terrazza godibile e vivibile, con vista sul lago. Quartiere tranquillo e piacevole. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla deliziosa Wasserburg (che ne lcentro ha supermercato, panificio, bancomat e negozi vari), dall'imbarco dei traghetti e dalla bellissima ciclabile panoramica. Klaus dell'Agenzia parla un ottimo inglese ed è molto disponibile per ogni informazione. Unico neo: il book con le spiegazioni per l'utilizzo degli elettrodomestici e delle dotazioni dell'appartamento è solo in lingua tedesca, così come tutti i dèpliant turistici. Sarebbe utile almeno l'inglese. Nel complesso, molto consigliato come appoggio per visitare la costa tedesca del lago, bellissima.
