Not as nice as it should have been!

Check in and out were fine, unfortunately we had a room where our door or one in the hall rattled every few minutes. Secondly, we used the hotel restaurant and it took almost 2 hours due to 'overbooking', almost missed our show at the hotel and lastly it was like they were unprepared for the number of people at the show, was supposed to start at 8pm and didn't start until 8:30pm...very disappointed as it was supposed to be a special occasion at a swanky hotel. Also, I sent a message to the manager and never heard back.

I've stayed there previously and the bed was a king. This stay the bed was much smaller and when I called the front desk the manager was rude.

The room was just as pictured. The sheets were soft/great quality and the bed was comfortable. There was nothing to complain about expect that the bathroom doesn’t have vent fans.

Perfect Weekend Get-A-Way!

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Wife had the Swedish Spa Treatment and loved it! Great Anniversary Weekend.Portico Restaurant was definately better than it was in 2023. Sociale Restaurant staff are the best!! Will certainly be back!

The furniture in our room was all scratched up making the room feeling dated. Woke up in the morning to take a shower and there was no hot water. When we checked out the front desk person said oh there is no hot water at all in the hotel. No compensation was offered at all for the inconvenience. Will think twice before staying there again.

The property and casino were average. The room was nice. However the shower turned ice cold on my husband and I was not able to shower. When I said this to the front desk at check out they smiled and said you are all checked out. I will not be visiting this casino or hotel again. You could at least acknowledge there is a hot water issue.
