Enjoy some peace and quiet! A picturesque cottage on Oak Orchard Creek. This location is close to Buffalo, Niagra Falls, Canada, and Rochester. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a full Kitchen and Sunroom. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, pull-out sofa, light gym equipment (Peloton App on the Roku), and a desk to use as a workspace. The TV has a Roku with streaming Apps. The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage in the dresser and a smaller tv. The back bedroom has a full-sized bed with a small tv and dresser and closes off with a barn door. The kitchen is on the lower level that leads to the Sunroom and outdoor table and propane grill. The backyard has a great fire pit and outdoor seating to enjoy.

Serene and comfortable

Perfect place for our family of four adults. We loved kayaking down otter creek and around lake alice. The fire pit was perfect for hanging around in the evening. Kitchen was well equiped and the beds were comfortable.

Sweet cottage

Beautiful backyard on part of Waterport pond, there were geese and ducks swimming among the water lilies, and a blue heron visited us too. Very serene, hospitable accomodations.

Unique cabin on a creek, we enjoyed the peacefulness and wild life. Cabin was well stocked with everything we needed to feel like home. The kitchen in the basement did have a musty smell, but it is a basement next to a water front

Such a peaceful setting with the creek right outside the door. Quiet area and I got to really enjoy nature. The house is VERY nicely stocked with the basics. This will be one of my favorite vacation rentals to date. I highly recommend this home.

Quiet Little Getaway

Our stay was fantastic. Got to sit in the morning and have coffee and watching the baby goslings swim about. Watching their parents teach and protect them. Great little place up the road called ROADIES. Got a garbage plate. Havent had one since like 2007. Also finally had a NY haddock fish fry. Again been a long time since enjoying one of those. The hosts are AWESOME !!!!!. Their cottage is the best little hidden gem. The views from the livingroom......just beautiful. Had a fire in the nicely landscaped back yard with a nice little dock. Very quiet I must say. My wife absolutely loved it. Highly recommend
