Room was affordable. Check in was easy, and the front desk was very accommodating with moving us to a different room, since our original room did not have a shower. They even brought our new room a fridge.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The premises and the room where we stayed were dirty and gross, honestly. The walls are also really thin—we could hear people talking in nearby rooms.

I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at the Pacific Coast Inn. The condition of the rooms was so unacceptable that we immediately requested a refund. When we checked in, our first room was in terrible shape—unclean, poorly maintained, and clearly not ready for guests. When we asked about it, we were told there was no cleaning staff on site to address the issue. Instead, they offered us a second room. Shockingly, the second room was even worse. The sheets were dirty and balled up on the bed, the furniture was out of place, the room had a funny smell to it, and the overall condition made it obvious that no effort had been made to prepare it for a new guest. At that point, we refused to stay and requested a full refund. This was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want even the most basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Do not book here.
