Wish we could have been able to have a handicap room. We really need to have grab bars in the shower. Why can’t all the rooms have grab bars in the shower? Safer for everyone. Otherwise breakfast was just ok

I chose this hotel because it was rated high online. When I got here, everything looked dirty, the bed lumpy, room smelled, no air conditioning in the hallway. I was too tired to leave. Whoever rated this place as excellent is not used to excellent. I would say poor to below average.
