Very limited face to face with any staff at this location. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find and access - a little over priced for off season weekend. There were maybe 6 other guests the whole week be were there. Quiet, breakfast was disappointing.

The check in was fast. The facility is clean, and staff willing to help as needed. We brought in a couple pizzas for dinner, and forgot plates. They gave us plates, napkins, and dinnerware. We stay here often and the service remains excellent!

The person tha checked us in was very nice. I had a handicap room due to surgery, the bathroom is diffently not the tub was high.. The water pressure was horrible and the room itself needs to be updated.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room my daughter and I were assigned was on the second floor. I'm not sure if there was an elevator available to us, but the concierge immediately offered to help take our bags to our room. He was very attentive. He recognized us throughout our visit, the other guests with whom we arrived, as well as their room numbers off the top of his head. Excellent service!!! The room was very clean. The fridge had a small puddle at the bottom (probably from not being used recently) but no odor whatsoever. The concierge sent someone to the room while we went out for the evening to thoroughly clean the fridge. We were extremely satisfied with this. The Handlebar in the bathtub was broken upon over arrival but that was inconsequential for our needs so was acceptable. We did inform the concierge though. The AC worked great. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Overall the room was perfect. The breakfast was yummy (typical hotel breakfast fare). The pool and surrounding area was clean and was a very comfortable setting to unwind at the end of a long day. The pool area has its own (very clean) men and women bathrooms in the same room as the pool, so were easily accessible. I'm extremely pleased and will definitely stay here again!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and super helpful. The pool area was clean and they even have pool noodles and a small float for the kiddos. Breakfast was good, waffle maker, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Mike and staff!!
