The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! Im a hearing impaired individual and she knew exactly what i needed her to do to help me understand her and she did it with a friendly attitude, kind spirit and without treating me like an inconvenience. The room was large and clean enough.Breakfast was pretty good and the staff worked extra hard to get the coffee machine up and running after a malfunction. Not the worst place to stay. These days folks treat customers like an inconvenience but the friendly front desk lady is what sets this place far above the rest!

The staff was phenomenal! Absolutely no complaints in that area. We stayed in handicap accessible room 105. ( 107?) It has a wheelchair accessible shower. The shower drains out across the bathroom floor and soaks the carpet in the room. I spent about 30 minutes mopping up the floor and sopping up water from the carpet so that my mom wouldn't slip. Also, it's really frustrating to specify needing a work out room with a treadmill (training for a marathon). I got to the workout room and the treadmill was inoperable. Again though, i compliment you on your staff at this location. They were very nice, and apologetic and did what they could. Thanks, Delette Gazaway

The room had a really musty smell. I’m not sure what it was. Maybe the air conditioner filter needs to be changed. The faucet in the shower was incredibly hard to turn on and off. As far as breakfast I don’t really expect much from hotel breakfast. The room was clean and property was well kept.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed the night in

Hotel smelled musky from entering. Staff attentive and respectful. Room also spelled musky. Definitely not well maintained. In desperate need of a remodel. The picture of the desk chair I will attach. Should give you the impression of my room.

Paid for the room ahead of time and booked for two days, knowing I’d be getting in late on the first night of the booking. At the time of check in I’m told they did an audit and my room was cancelled. How is the room I prepaid for canceled? I didn’t reserve it… I paid for it knowing I’d be getting in during the middle of the night. The woman assisting my check in was very kind and helpful. The woman assisting with my check out was nasty and had an attitude with me immediately. Acted like it was my fault for not checking in before 2 a.m. As if I have a curfew or something.
