Additional seating areas in the loft, basement and outside provide space for socializing or enjoying moments of solitude.

Step outside and breathe in the fresh air in our private backyard retreat. Lounge on the covered porch, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, have a cup of coffee enjoying the hot tub or simply soak up the sunshine. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case-by-case basis and a $150 pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs are allowed in or on any of the beds or furniture.

Our goal is for the hot tub to be available for our guests, but there is no refund for mechanical issues that prevent hot tub usage.

The cleaners will remove 2 bags of trash for you. They will charge $5 per bag
for any additional. For your convenience, the Haywood County Solid Waste Convenience
Center is located 5 minutes from the house at 5082 Jonathan Creek Rd, Waynesville. They
are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 7am-5pm.

We are available from 9AM to 6PM EST every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. While there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. In the case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services.
