Excellent staff, helpful (but overworked at this busy property). Very convenient location just off I10, but lots of traffic--if you are pulling a cargo or flatbed trailer, access is a little tricky. Overall, it's clean, convenient and run by very friendly, nice people.

It wasn't their fault at all, but I had just started to check in, and the fire alarm went off. Turned out that it was frozen and burst water lines. About 30 minutes later I was finally checked in and in my room. Really clean and recently updated. Only major complaint from me would be that it was super cold and the wind was blowing hard

Friendly & welcoming front desk staff. Very personable & yet professional and knowledgeable about the immediate area. Accessible room was very comfortable and functional for a handicapped person. Location was convenient & room location was ideal for a handicapped person.
