Peace while Visiting the Family
This was a great place for our family to gather. We have been visiting family in the area for almost 20 years and our own family has out grown the guest rooms at the in-laws sending us in search for a bigger place to stay. We have stayed in several rentals in the past 5 years and this is the first one that we really want to return to. The view of the sunsets from the sunroom are breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of space between the houses. We had enough space for us, the 3 kids, 2 dogs, and my sister-in-law and her husband. We visited during the holidays and had plenty of room for another 5 adults to sit down and break bread with. The double oven was great to have with so many people (FYI, it runs a bit hot). There is a folding table in the pantry that was used many times for meals. Being closer to town was great as we made multiple trips for last minute items for our big Christmas dinner. There were plenty of dishes and silverware for 12 people. There is enough cookware for regular meals (we picked up a few disposable pans for our big holiday meal). There are three main areas to hang out in which was nice to give different groups their own space. The front room and the main room have tv's and the sunroom was for people who wanted peace and quiet. Overall it's a great place to relax with the family.

The house was perfect and exactly what was described on the listing. There are a few things that we would like to suggest for future renters. #1 Please put (adult) chairs in the bedrooms. Our seniors need a place to sit to put on shoes etc.. #2 The remote in the bedroom next to the twin was not working. #3 The coffee pots really need a good cleaning or replacement. #4 Need more kitchen towels. I had reached out to Ian regarding the AC, and everything was good with the system, it just took awhile for the house to cool off. Overall we had an amazing time, the house was perfect in size and location. We would rent this property again if we have a need in Weems.

Quiet Relaxing place
It was a nice place. 7 of us hanging out, enjoyed a lot. The sun room was our favorite place. Beautiful outside. Yea, there is no water access, which is the only problem here. Otherwise loved it. Enough space for everyone. The outside game garage was not clean to hangout. But we were happy with family room and sun room. The house was very clean. Property manager answered our phone and helped us out immediately.

Enjoyed our time at this property. Water views can't be beat and seeing deer multiple times a day was amazing. We were able to take advantage of the field house, too. The only item I would add to improve is a king size bed vice a queen in the master.

Quiet and peaceful
We enjoyed our stay the house was clean with good amount of amenities. Very peaceful and lovely view despite the fact you can’t get down to the water but we have family close by on the water so not a big deal to us. The jacuzzi was a disappointment because I couldn’t get enough HOT water in it to take a good soak. The Field house definitely a bonus especially on a rainy day.
