Eagles fly overhead along the coast, monarch butterflies crossing the Lake on their migration, many birds and wildlife to watch.

We provide the Newest Enhanced cleaning protection for your health and safety. The cottage is UV light and Ozone "O"3 cleaned, all surfaces meticulously cleaned, sanitized & wiped with disinfectant. This practice is done for each and every guest visit. UV Air purifier system built into the high efficiency furnace.
New fresh linens, towels, pillows, etc. with each guest stay :)
Smoke detectors, co detectors, fire extinguishers are installed.

There is a strict no-pets policy.
Please do not prop doors open.
Keep doors closed.
Must keep residence in same clean condition as when arrived.
No Smoking or vaping inside cottage or bunkhouse.

Minimum age for signing renter is 30 and must be actually staying.
