Central to many attractions in the Niagara area. Close to the 406 highway. Close to shopping malls, and Welland International Flatwater Centre.
Built between 1911 and 1915 by Col. Raymond. This century home features 3 fireplaces. Gumwood featured in the office . Oakwood beams in the living room and dining room. 12 " Oak baseboards. Light oak flooring with mahogany inlay throughout the main floor and second floor. Imported Italian marble and German tile adorns the main hall entrance. French doors throughout. Built in oak bookcases. Leather tooled woodwork in dinnette. Servants call boxes. If you appreciate Antique's and History this is one of the finest example's of long lost High End Craftsmanship that you will find. A step back in Luxury Time. Beautiful historic house in Welland, only 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, close to everything yet away from the crowd! We loved the house, complete with beautiful hardwoods throughout and very helpful owners! The house was had everything you needed for a great stay and the beds were very comfortable!
