This contemporary home is located just two miles from Wellfleet Center, minutes to both Bay and National Seashore beaches, and offers views of the dry meadows and Herring River. On the main floor find a bright open kitchen and living area with sliders to the spacious deck. Enjoy dining at the island or dine alfresco on the adjacent screened in porch. There is a half bath on this floor. This home features a primary suite on the second level offering an open loft area which includes a queen sized bed, sitting area (with sleeper sofa) and full bath. Sip coffee watching the sunrise from one of the two private decks accessible via sliders on this floor.

There are two bedrooms on the lower walk out level, each with a twin sized bed. Enjoy the TV room located between the two bedrooms on this floor also holding a pull out sleeper sofa. Each of these three spaces include their own sliders allowing access directly to the back yard and outdoor shower. There is a full bathroom and a washer and dryer on this floor as well.

The home is conveniently located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is driveway parking for 3 cars. 4 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee.
