three staff standing behind the counter but i was directed to a kiosk to check in. not welcoming at all and to be honest soured my experience overall. i didn't realize that there was a rail yard behind the hotel - very noisy, especially at night. not much in the way of restaurants nearby except for a Vietnamese which was closed. room was ok but easy to hear outside noises and conversations / tv from other rooms. wouldnt stay again at this hotel and would be reluctant to stay at a sebel in the future.
