The best features of this property are its location on Cuba Street, the 3 queen size beds and the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The heat pump and space heaters in the bedrooms effectively warmed the unit up. The downsides are that the property is older and a little worn. It’s near the elevator and the alleyway to a public parking garage and loud voices woke us up at night. The one shower is very small. The 3 slim to average sized, late teen to adult women in our group couldn’t shave their legs because the space is so tight. A larger person would not be able to fit into it.
