Our home is right on Wells beach. Wake up every morning with a 180 degree panoramic ocean view from your deck and living room. This home is the ultimate in beach convenience. Wake up to sunrises over the ocean and enjoy family fun on the deck as you watch the sun set. A Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils allows for eating in and the central location of this home allows for quick access to all the great local restaurants. Wells is getting more and more popular each summer. The number of homes that offer this degree of beach access and ocean views is shrinking every year (as owners convert rental homes to private homes). Treat yourself to the ultimate Wells beach experience - Stay right on the beach!! Within our recently updated circa 1924 home, this 2 bedroom unit is adjoined by a 3 bedroom unit (VRBO #2278234) on the opposite side of the home. If you are looking to vacation with family/friends this setup provides for both close proximity and privacy. We purchased this home in 2021 - that is why there are only a few reviews as of yet. We own another home on Atlantic Ave that has double digit highly positive VRBO reviews (VRBO #3912788). You only live once, why not treat yourself to one of the best locations Wells Beach has to offer! Enjoy the panoramic ocean sunrise with your coffee!!
