Guests at The Forest Nook will have exclusive access to the entire single-level cabin. This includes the open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a TV, the dining space, and the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. The bedroom provides a private retreat with a double bed and a bunk bed. Outside, enjoy the patio or balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and mountain views. Free parking and internet access are also available for your convenience.

Getting around The Forest Nook is easy. Free parking is available on the premises, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area by car. For those arriving by air, the nearest major airport is Elmira/Corning Regional Airport (ELM), approximately an hour and 15 minutes away by car. From there, you can rent a car or use a rideshare service to reach the cabin. While public transportation options are limited in Wellsboro, the charming downtown area and nearby attractions are easily accessible by car. Consider using a taxi or rideshare service for transportation within the town. Enjoy the scenic drive and the freedom to explore at your own pace.

Important Notes: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are allowed, so be mindful of other guests. Free parking is available on the premises. The cabin is equipped with a fire pit and a sauna - please use them responsibly and follow all safety guidelines. The kitchen has some basic items, we strongly encourage guest to bring their prefer kitchen items to ensure a comfortable stay. We are located in a mountain area, which is perfect for mountain climbing, so be prepared for beautiful views. Enjoy your stay! Cancellation; Non-Refundable Transaction Fee. In the event of any cancellation,or, or termination, of a booking for any reason whatsoever, the 3.9% transaction processing fee assessed at the time of payment shall be strictly non-refundable. This fee represents payment processing costs incurred and is earned immediately upon receipt of funds. Under no circumstances shall the 3.9% transaction fee be returned, credited, or otherwise reimbursed, including but not limited to cancellations made within any stated refund period, force majeure events, or cancellations initiated by the Guest. Dogs under 40 lbs: $50.00 fee per stay

Dogs over 40 lbs: $80.00 fee per stay

Please Note: Fees apply per stay based on weight. No exceptions will be made to these weight categories or fees.
