Reserved and Paid for a room with 2 queen beds and river view. Its our sons birthday as well, came at 10pm to check in and was told they overbooked and our reservation is not available and that we have to find a different hotel. We have 3 kids and all hotels are booked out so imagine reserving something and its been given away and the excuse was it was new employees that are at fault. After 30min they managed to give us some basic room with a cars bumper in the window and no river view and no regard that we paid extra for a room with a view. Where is my refund for that? And the fact that being told in the first place that my family with 3 kids should find a diferent hotel at 10pm when everything is booked solid is shocking.

Great service and love the location of the hotel, which was next to the water. The hotel was extremely clean and friendly and helpful staff. I just wish the beds had more of a pillowtop mattress, just my preference.

Everybody was great, great amenities, my room wasn’t cleaned during the day but admittedly maybe I was supposed to request that it might be some sort of stupid green thing like we have all over the rest of Washington.

The property was clean and well-cared for. The room was nice and comfortable for a weekend stay in Wenatchee with train/bus depots nearby. The waterfront park and local coffee shop outside the hotel were highlights based on proximity/location.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Even though I was checking out, I asked if I can stay parked in the parking lot so we can walk to the apple blossom festival, and they let us. Definitely will stay there again.
