Great service!

Front desk staff the night I arrived was amazing. It was late and I was tired. Initially, my key did not work and she replaced it. When I got into my room, the cable didn't work she immediately came to my room and fixed it. And I got a hug!

Lets start by saying breakfast was great! Beds cozy for what they are, but its slightly frustrating when you call front desk from the ohone in your room and you get reservations in another state, you call house keeping from the phone in your room and you get reservations in another state!! Like we need house keeping or front dest not reservations when we are already staying there, not just that, we know we have to pay for breakfast but no where in the breakfast area does it say "pay front desk" (meaning check-in) because nobody working the computer in the restaurant area. So needless to say, if you need coffee in your room you must walk to the front desk, need extra towels walk to the front desk, need to ask anything walk to the front desk..

The Red Lion Wenatchee is always a solid choice. Friendly staff and clean rooms. My only complaint would be the pool & pool area. It’s ran down and needs attention. Outside of that, we’d stay again.

We had a great stay. Great front desk personnel all days we were were here and interaxted with them day-night. Very accomodating for our ASD child too.

Poor quality

Beds were horrible, hair dryer didn’t work. Carpet was all taped up and lumpy tripped walking in the halls. Elevator was sketchy and sometimes the door wouldn’t open you have to push a button. Would not stay again
