On the ground floor, a vestibule leads to a tastefully furnished living-dining room, the heart of the apartment, with a sofa corner and a large dining table for 6 people. The property also features underfloor heating, a cable flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio, a telephone, and Wi-Fi. A separate kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator is available. A guest toilet is on the ground floor, a shower room on the first floor, and a toilet on the second floor.

The master bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 cm wide), built-in wardrobes, a cable flat-screen TV, and a desk. The smaller bedroom has a French bed (1.50 m wide) and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink has underfloor heating.
