The house was very conveniently located to downtown West Branch, and even nicer than the listing would lead you to believe. The house was beautiful and clean, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. The lake also holds some very large fish. The owner left a list of recommended restaurants and attractions close by which was much appreciated.

This charming cottage offers a prime location on a smaller, all-sports lake with a private, intimate feel — a rare combination. Situated right next to the lake's dam, the gentle waterfall sounds enhance the relaxing experience of sitting lakeside and soaking in the beautiful views. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for daily living and is well-maintained throughout. Guests can enjoy late-night evenings by the water on the lower level, while kids love the fantastic game room featuring a bar, pool table, foosball, and more.

It's quite a charming and unique cottage. We enjoyed all of the fishing bling. We were a bit early for fishing, but managed to lose a few lures below the dam. A nice weekend getaway to a comfy cottage. We'll book again. Thanks.
