This property, for us, came with a lot of good, a little bit of not good, but the little bit of not good is worth getting into. Let me start with the good, everything other than the kitchen was great. The beds were very comfortable. The space was plenty. It's a bit of an older home but it was very comfortable. The check-in process was fine, the door has a code (which any VRBO owner who still makes people get a key - stop it!). The instructions that were sent were great with pics etc, but then referenced a code below - no code. Had to reach out to get code. The yard was very cute and the hot tub was great. The not so bad, but it happened, is the hair dryer sparked and died. I communicated that to the property manager and informed them, asked if we bought one if they would reimburse as we definitely needed one. They never got back to us on that. The not so good, the kitchen!!! The kitchen was not very clean and I am not one of those every little speck of dirt type of people at all. The counters, fridge, etc were fine. If you didn't want to cook you may never care. But the utensils, the drawers, the oven were all dirty and/or sticky. Also, there were zero boiling pots, another deficiency in communication when informed them of that. We bought groceries on way in thinking we could boil. We had to buy a pot. I suggested the PM due a full inventory of that kitchen, and really propose a deep cleaning and maintain.I wouldn't avoid by any stretch, just know.
