Our Cape house has everything you need for a trip to the Cape. We have all of the beach essentials for our guests, a huge side yard for games, a back patio for dining and fires, and no Cape house would be complete without an outdoor shower!

We bought this house in February and have been updating and putting our own touches on it! We will continue to update our listing and our Instagram with new photos!

Our basement remodel is almost complete, now it's time to add all of the games and the TV- we are updating pics in real time!

Our outdoor space had to wait for nice weather to power wash and set up, the pictures in our listing are from the previous owner- we will update as soon as we can!

We can't wait to share our property with you and your family and friends!

Owners were Super. House was immaculate. Extra added attraction was the basement game room.

Home was immaculate. Beds were Super! Extra added attraction basement game room was a big hit with my family and me!! Owners were terrific! Slight disappointment that local TV stations and most cable stations weren’t available apparently due to high cost of having them. Otherwise highly recommended staying here!

The best time at Seascape Dennis!

We had the best stay at Caitlin and Charlie’s house in Dennis! They were amazing hosts who were very responsive and helpful in ensuring we had a great stay! Caitlin provided so many recommendations for places to visit around Dennis and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and spacious. The backyard was beautifully laid out and great for cooking out and playing lawn games. The basement had so many fun games as well. The house is so close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping! We definitely plan to come back here! Thank you to Caitlin and Charlie for making our time down the cape so great!
