Home also includes surround sound in the living room, new wood floors in kitchen, dining area and living room, mini split a/c's in living areas and each bedroom, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, trash compacter and a jacuzzi tub in the lower level bathroom. A family room offers surround sound as well as additional space for games.
