✹ There are a lot of dirt roads in the area. Although they’re generally fine, 4WD/AWD is recommended in winter.

✹ Expect to see local wildlife and the occasional bug—this is Vermont, after all.
✹ Pets welcome. There is a pet fee of $80 per pet. The cleaners charge extra to clean after pets stay. Let me know if you're bringing pets and we'll take care of this.
