Explore the 1st level further to discover a welcoming family/game room with tons of natural light, three abundantly sized bedrooms with dedicated closets, and two modern full bathrooms. Situated on the 2nd level of the immaculately styled abode, you are greeted with an organically flowing floorplan, a primary bedroom w/full bathroom, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, powder room, and a fully equipped, open concept kitchen featuring a 9’ breakfast bar with 4 barstools, stainless-steel appliances, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and flatware (12 sets), and a dining room with a table for up to 10 guests.
