Family accommodations in West Haven

You get what you pay for. initial check in with staff was nice and went smoothly. Getting to the room, the door handle seemed as if someone tried to pry it loose with the entire mechanism moving more than noticeably every time you opened, closed and ensured the door was locked. Sheets were dingy and had yellow stains on them, comforters had cigarette burns in them, all the towels were stained with either brown or yellow spots. Microwave didn’t work, tv remote had a sticky substance on the back of it. Bright side was. It’s near a highway and shares a parking lot with a 24 hr truck stop.

When we got to our room the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. Garbage was full and the toilet hadnt been cleaned. Front desk manager gave us another room and it was better. Overall it was good.
