EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

I always enjoy staying at the Courtyard by Marriott. Every one I have stayed at is nice, food is great and I love access to a balcony, which is a rare find, at any hotel, not on the beach. The staff in Melbourne is not notch and always go above and beyond to accommodate anything for their guest.

Very nice room in great condition. Very clean and everything one might want in a hotel room. We just stayed one night but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there longer.

Other than the fact that I rented a room that stated it had a balcony and then when I got to the room, it didn’t have one only to get charged extra to get a room with a balcony because Expedia doesn’t state the room facilities in the building receipt.
