The hotel was pretty nice and was very clean. The staff was welcoming and professional as well. It’s about 10min from downtown Memphis which is nice and right across the highway from a nearby casino. The only thing that brings my rating down for this hotel is the area it seems to be in behind the hotel. Seems to be a really rough neighborhood and possibly unsafe.

Unfortunately this was our first and last time staying. We never stayed at a hotel that there wasn’t a wardrobe to hang your clothes or a dresser to put your clothes in. We lived in our luggage bags three nights. Breakfast was good however on day two one of the ladies took the key home so we couldn’t get eggs and meat served and had to go to a restaurant and spend money. There was mold and we killed a bug inside the shower. No one came and cleaned our room the entire time we were there. We had to request towels. We wouldn’t recommend.
